Come join the 3F Bike Club every Thursday evening through the summer.
Our group meets across the street from the Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park entrance near the Outback Steakhouse. Senior 3F members Dave R & Alan S are there often. If you want to ride with the 3F group, please RSVP below. Otherwise you can just show up and find someone to ride with since many different riding groups do the same ride here every week.
Whiting Ranch is a fun, occasionally technical, ride. It begins with a tree covered cross-country ride on a winding trail, a few rocky dry stream crossings, followed by a fire-road hill climb to the top. At the top the group can then split and/or choose either a fire-road descent (for beginners) or a fast single-track (for intermed/adv riders). The two routes meet up at the bottom of the hill for a fun, meandering cross-country ride out on a combination of single-track and fire-road.
